4.Restrictions on Use and Provision
The Small and Medium Enterprise Agency shall not use or provide Retained Personal Information for purposes other than the Purposes of Use, except when required by laws and regulations. However, the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency may use or provide Retained Personal Information for purposes other than the Purposes of Use if the Agency finds that the use or provision of the Retained Personal Information for purposes other than the Purposes of Use falls under any of the following items, except in cases where the Agency finds that the use or provision of the Retained Personal Information for such purposes is likely to unreasonably infringe upon the rights and interests of the individual concerned or a third party, (1) In the event that the Agency finds that the use or provision of the Retained Personal Information falls under any of the following items

Users can check their own information entered in 2-3 on their “Mirasapo PLUS” member account and correct or add such personal information.
Users may also request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, elimination, or suspension of provision to third parties in accordance with procedures based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
In addition, if a User, etc. terminates use of the Service, the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency will terminate use of the information, etc. in the account of the Mirasapo PLUS member, etc. related to such User, etc. without delay, but may continue to retain such User's information if necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
7.Revisions to the Privacy Policy
The Small and Medium Enterprise Agency (SMEA) will review and improve this policy from time to time. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is notified to users or posted on the Mirasapo PLUS website in a manner prescribed by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.
